Master in Social Sciences at Carlos III-Juan March Institute (IC3JM) of Madrid now open
The application period for the second edition of the Master in Social Sciences offered by the Carlos III-Juan March Institute (IC3JM) at the Carlos III University of Madrid is now open. The application deadline is May 31st.
This is a two-year official Master (120 ECTS), fully taught in English. It can be continued with our PhD program. More information here.
The goal is to provide the most rigorous training, both substantive and methodological, to do comparative, historical and quantitative research on core topics in political science, sociology, and economic history.
The Institute has an international Faculty and invites highly reputed scholars to teach some courses: in the first edition we have Ian Shapiro (Yale University), Irena Kogan (Manheim University), Lucinda Platt (London School of Economics), and Bernard Grofman (University of California).
The Juan March Servera chair offers two two-year scholarships of 15,000 euros (gross) per year for the Master program. The deadline is April 7th. More information here.
